If your printer spits out multiple labels when you hit the Feed button, there is likely either an issue with the sensors (dirty / sticker residue / broken labels) or your label stock is bad (there is a stop gap at the end of each label that the printer sensors look for to stop printing / stop ejecting more blank labels).

If you are getting multiple blank labels printed out after a good label (qty doesn't really matter), there are a few things to check. I have done some troubleshooting over the phone with Dymo and hope this might help someone.ģ Potential Problems - Software, Hardware or Label stock. Not sure where it stores it but we're hoping it won't need to setup each time. We'll see what happens after the machine reboots. I did not think it would retain those margins but they have even though I closed the program and reopened it. To be clear it prints correctly now even if you print from the print button not just from a preview window. To my surprise I changed them to the correct values and now previews and prints correctly. Clicked File Page Setup Margins and they were not set as they were on the authoring machine. I added a preview button to the form that actually prints the labels and bingo. If there were 4 lines to print it started at the top of the label (31336 ) by printing line 3.
nope ! We continued to get labels printing poorly.
Compiled it and distributed it to other machines that had a USB connected 450 TT. Configured it all correctly on a machine that had full Access 2003 on it. We are printing labels from and Access 2003 program and set the report in Access to hit a specific printer. After fighting for days with 450 Twin Turbo printers not printing correctly I stumbled upon a solution.
